Letters. Mostly. Some name have those funky little characters and weird things, but since I’m not an ottoman from IKEA, I have only letters in my name.
If I want to buy a Montreal Canadiens jersey from nhl.com, there’s a limit of ten letters for the name in the back… Marcheterre is 11 letters long.
You’d think that for 329.99$ – plus taxes, and Canadian dollars too! – they’d put as many letters as you want… But nope, 80.00$ gives you only ten letters. That’s 8 bucks a letter.
I could get a captain’s C for free on the shirt’s front, so maybe I should go with “Marheterre” and just draw an arrow from the C in front to the back of the shirt?
